Approximately 26 acres of multi-purpose land that would be a nice place to live, hunt, have a few horses or livestock in the country! Mostly wooded, but has some open pasture that until last year, was kept brush hogged. Large amount of the West boundary is bordered with a creek. This land is only about 1/4 mile off a paved road (Grange Road). It fronts White Drive which is a nice dirt road on the South and West side. The Grange-Calamine Fire Department (which joins this property) has city water and power. No current survey, but neighbor did show me the corner markers.
